With the rapid development of workshop in our country, the application of steel structure is more and more widely. As we all know, the use of steel structure is very important to the construction of the factory. Therefore, in order to ensure the safe use of steel structure, we must pay attention to the following matters in the process of storage and installation.
1. The steel end shall be marked with steel specification, steel grade, quantity and material acceptance certificate number;
2. When stacking in the open air, the site should be flat, higher than the surrounding ground, and drainage ditches should be set around;
3. When stacking, the profile back should be upward or outward as far as possible to prevent snow and ponding, and there should be height difference at both ends to facilitate drainage;
4. Before installation, the construction unit shall conduct special inspection on the product certificate, design documents and pre assembly records of components, and record the component size;
5. The steel structure should be connected reasonably to make the joint design consistent with the simplified structural calculation model;
6 appropriate measures shall be taken to prevent excessive bending and torsion deformation during hoisting of steel structure. At the same time, a cushion block should be added at the contact between the buckle and the component to prevent damage to the component;
7. After the steel structure is hoisted in place, the support and other connecting components should be tightened in time to ensure the stability of the structure;
8. Whe using tools, aerial operators should put spare parts into tool bags instead of throwing them up and down;
9. When working in rainy days, reliable anti-skid measures must be taken, and attention should be paid to lightning protection in thunderstorm season;
Before the construction, the weather conditions should be optimistic, and the operation is strictly prohibited when the wind is above level 4.
